April Goldenberg is the founder of The Whole Mishpucha (est. 2025), a full-service genealogy research company. She brings over 25 years of experience as an investigator specializing in financial crimes, ethics, and compliance. With a lifelong passion for research, problem-solving, and genealogy, April began exploring her own family history nearly 15 years ago after discovering that her father knew very little about his background.

Building on her professional skills, she applied investigative techniques to genealogical research and developed a deep expertise in uncovering hidden family stories. April has presented on a range of investigative topics throughout her career and is now excited to share her knowledge in the field of genealogy. She was recently elected Vice President of Programs for the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Washington.
